What data do we collect? 
We collect the following data: Personal identification information (name, email address, postal address, phone number, gender, occupation, age, etc.)  Payment data (bank accounts, invoices, payment history).

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: register online.  When you voluntarily complete a user survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.  When you use or view our website via your browser’s cookies. When you register in one of our workshops and voluntarily provide your personal data.  Submit text or photos for one of our blogs.

 
How will we use your data? 
We collect your data so that we can: Process your application and manage your account.  Email you with special information on other events and services we think you might want to participate in. Process your purchases or refunds when needed.  Contact you to undertake a post-event evaluation.  Invite you to participate in online discussions or at specific events we organize.  When we process your application, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

We are committed to keeping personal information secure and have implemented appropriate information security policies, rules, and technical measures to protect the personal information that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
